With a Master's degree in Humanities and a deep-rooted passion for the environment, Ms. Shahina transitioned from being a dedicated homemaker to a purpose-driven entrepreneur. Motivated by a strong belief in creating a better, greener future, she founded Climacore Consultants and Engineers Private Limited — a company committed to driving sustainability and positive environmental and social impact.
Her journey is a testament to the power of passion, purpose, and perseverance. With no formal background in environmental sciences initially, she immersed herself in the world of sustainability, learning from experts and collaborating with professionals across disciplines. Today, she leads Climacore with a clear vision: to offer practical, innovative, and responsible solutions that help organizations integrate sustainability, meet ESG goals, and make a measurable difference.
At Climacore, she works closely with a team of experts, engineers, and consultants to support clients in achieving environmental compliance, social accountability, and long-term sustainability. Her leadership style is empathetic and mission-driven, inspiring others to align business growth with environmental stewardship.

A professional turned Entrepreneur Working in the field of Groundwater with extensive experience in Groundwater Exploration, Rainwater Harvesting, Recharge structure design, Water resource management, Government regulations to regulate groundwater abstraction and related compliances. Skilled in applying hydrogeological, geophysical, and related techniques to identify, evaluate, and manage groundwater resources for sustainable development.
Has worked with government bodies, private organizations, NGOs, and community stakeholders to solve complex water challenges in both urban and rural contexts. Committed to promoting scientific and sustainable groundwater use and recharge strategies.

With over 30 years of cross-sectoral experience in ESG, HSE, and Sustainability, Mr. M N Rahman brings deep expertise across renewable energy, power transmission, oil & gas, and infrastructure development. He has successfully developed and implemented ESG and HSE frameworks that go beyond compliance fostering proactive safety cultures and sustainable business practices.
A certified independent director and certified Lead Auditor for ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and Lead GHG verifier of ISO 14064. He combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership. His efforts have led to significant reductions in carbon footprint and operational risks while enhancing environmental performance. He is well-versed in IFC and World Bank requirements, ensuring alignment with international sustainability standards.
He holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Science, a Mechanical Engineer, GRI Certified ESG Professional and a certified independent Director by MCA and IICA. Committed to excellence and innovation, he supports organizations to achieve ESG and HSE excellence with long-term impact and value.
